The Standard Hotel and Restaurant provided a pleasant and comfortable stay during my visit. The hotel rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering all the essential amenities for a relaxing stay. The highlight of my experience was the restaurant on-site. The restaurant served delicious meals with a diverse menu to cater to different tastes. The staff was courteous and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. While it may not be the most luxurious option in town, The Standard Hotel and Restaurant offered good value for the price and provided a convenient and enjoyable stay with tasty dining options.
1. Rooms & Location are Good at main location 2. Rooms was neat & Clean 3. Food not taken due to Restaurant Manager behavior. They don't know how to talk with there guest, he is very rude. we order the food for in room dining. after order he say's BEDSHEET GANDA HO JAYEGA. and dined to send the food at 11 Pm. In out entire trip only this person we meet who's behavior is very bad. If anybody want to stay, kindly ignore the food from this restaurant and take food in another restaurant in just front of the hotel.
We stayed for 1 nights with my family and took 2 rooms. The best part is it is on the main market, Ghantaghar is just a minute away. Rooms were good. However, 1 bathroom was in Western style. Toiletry was not provided. We got just a soap on demand. One negetive side we felt is the stairs that can often be challenging for aged people. Food in the restaurant was tasty, however a bit expensive.
required air conditioner as room temperature was too high . wi fi was not working, I have not received invoice of during my stay., soap, shampoo not provided. rest I was comfortable during my stay from 21 to 24 June
A simple n fairly clean hotel in busy area of lal chowk. U have access to all shopping, restos and wholesalers. I liked it

Great location,main market on walking distance, really pleasant and clean rooms ,congested stairs are quitely uncomfortable but overall we had great time with standard hotel & Restorent amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome specially thanks to Mr Mohamand Ashraf who is managing things very smoothly n having friendly nature n very helpful
