I am sharing my personal experience. I honestly say that i had very horrible service with this bank. Please never prefer to open an account here. I got into peak frustration chasing for a credit card closure request. They have a very annoying customer care service where they never bother to help the customer. The bank never provides a smooth service to customer. Still chasing for the bank to update the incorrect remarks updated by bank in the cibil report. They are least bothered about the customers complaints and grievances. Very disappointing banking support.

Hi my problem is account frozen ok that helping man say kyc request accepted ok but still not sending money in Gpay phone pay and your standard chartered SCV app UPI also not sending money. Three apps say Yours account frozen. Why take so longer.i visit bank 10.11.2023 still not sending money today also

Terrible experience in personal loan closure and it's still ongoing. Considering this branch is handling my backhand verification and investigation of a dispute. I felt terrible inconsistency and lack of communication. Worst of all, delay in response in more than one occasion and unilateral closure of ticket saying customer would comeback! I expected a better treatment, considering a bank which processes a credit card within three days from the moment of raising a request with your name imprinted on it. Should act faster and reduce the burden on customer. I would have given zero star if there is an option!

I had horrible experience with SCB The very worst and horrible experience is what i got from this bank. This is for people like me, folks if you want to have smooth , paperless online experience and mainly stress free banking experience, Please never ever open or prefer this bank. Guys we have many other best banks out, please go and prefer them. Don't use this bank, otherwise you will regret like me soon. Overall i got into peak of frustration, stress with this bank. After all this i lost of my money at the end. Now comes to Bank support: No one in online and offline service support is having enough knowledge on your product. No is ready to support your customers, everyone is ready to reject customer queries and move to other desk. I got really never ending loop experience from your support team. Online team asked me to visit branch and branch team asked me to contact online support. First of all i was very difficult for me reach customer support. Nothing no number from online that you mentioned either not working or not responding. And Secondly not only my, when I reach branch to sort out it. No one is ready to sort and realized almost all the folks who were there is branch like me was frustrated and clueless with you. Was shouting like me. After that regretted so much for shouting at her after peak of my frustration. Please dont treat your custome like this. Please. When i cant provide us proper support dont treat us like this. Dont force us for this frustration

I have a Saving Bank Account with this branch. The staff of this branch namely Ms Preethi is very cooperative and he provides me very excellence services. I am really very gratitude towards him.

Please beg everyone. Dont choose this bank. No proper customer care. No mail reply. Even in this digital world they were like old school account students. If you need your account statement . you to wait for atleast 5 working days. In the fastest digital world, this bank is snail catchers

Account frozen for 23 days, even after updating KYC, there has been no response from the bank. I have also sent an email to the branch manager. This has been the worst banking experience with the worst bank. No response even from Facebook message, Gonna escalate to RBI now
