Since I'm a person who is very concerned with the environment and energy of a place, Stamina Unleashed is a place where I felt welcomed, encouraged and appreciated. I have seen alot of change in my body and lifestyle because of consistent and proper training. The trainers are knowledgeable as well as supportive all the time. They are always there to help and guide you in your journey towards a fit and healthy lifestyle. Whatever the health concerns it may be, everything is taken care of in this gym. The gym is well equipped and the maintenance is also at its best. Lastly, the gym is very convenient to locate as it is in Park Circus area.

Its just not a GYM but a place where you feel belonged. Trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and will guide you in an effective way to understand what physical fitness is and not just body building. Its been more than a year I am a part of this fitness club and I am super glad to see the change in myself.

I have been in this gym for the last 1 yr. This gym is equipped with modern equipments and it is spacious too. The trainers are friendly in nature and have a gd knowledge about fitness. I am taking training under (Shadan Bhai) for the last 1 yr. He is a gd trainer . I remember the day I had joined the gym I was 58-60 kg but after 5 month under him my weight went upto 75kg . It's not about my weight my strength have also increase. So I definitely recommend everyone to come and join this gym.

The experience with Stamina Unleashed has been great so far. I train here about 5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers who are there to push you in the right way. The equipments are also well maintained. Having said that, the only problem I face in the gym is with the working of the air conditioners. Most of the time, 50% of the Acs do not work and in an attempt to save the electricity only 2 ACs are allowed to operate in such a big area. At times, it gets really claustrophobic.

Few months back I finally decided that it's time for me to get in shape and adapt to a better lifestyle for good. I explained my goals and my current lifestyle with my trainer. With correct calorie intake, proper diet, the best of guidance I could've expected from the trainer and sheer motivation, I was able to lose exactly 10 kgs with the guidance of the trainers!

The gym is situated centrally. Easy to locate. Equipments are excellent.staff Nd trainers are very helpful Nd guide you to achieve your goals.
