He puts in great effort to customize his program according to the client's abilities, helps in setting attainable goals, and ensures that progressing to the next level becomes feasible.

I had put on a lot of weight as a result of my diet during covid .my sister originally introduced me to Mr.Anto ( gym trainer) indeed she also still trains with him.Then I had him as my personal trainer.Had an awesome experience training with him. He put together a personalized and comprehensive workout plan for my unique goals and he helped me stay motivated and accountable for the months that we were working together. Not only is he knowledgeable and has the technical training experience, but also he is down to earth and an overall great guy! I loved that he never lost sight of my vision and goals, and that he was always accessible for quick question or motivational boost. I HIGHLY recommend him.

One of the best multi gym in Adoor with a wide range of machines for weight training and cardio and a well experienced certified trainer for personal training . From the personal experience I got a good transformation in weight gaining and in muscle building. Just go for it.

Instructor is very understanding and helping, a great guide. The gym opens at 4:30 AM in the morning, very helpful for office goers. The gym is fully equipped and boasts of consistent gym goers. A great and 'must be part of' gym.
