The best choice i have made recently is to join Stallion Fitness Gym,great and neat environment,state of the art gym equipments.The Staff here is incredibly friendly & very well qualified expecially Mr.Pradeep,he is my trainer,he know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts,he is always motivating & encouraging. Although it has been only 2 weeks of me training here im certainly satisfied thus far and i would highly recommend checking this gym out.
Ill get straight to the point, they say 1st impressions are the best n this is what i got from stallion, A good gym is only as good as a good trainer n Mr PRADEEP is the person to go to he is hands down the best of the best, very down to Earth,Fun guy, He rights all ur mistakes which you do n never leaves untill you do it right never seen such dedication in one person, Quitting aint an option for him, its been only 2 week for me n i can already c changes in me just coz of PRADEEP, he trains you from rookie level to pro level and an other trainer i forgot to mention is Mr PRASHANT aka The HULK,U wanna do some advanced work this is ur go to guy, U guys will understand when u see him, A very polite n respectful person. Talking abt the Gym they have all the equipment which U need covering 3 portions starts from Zumba and functional in the 1st area, 2nd area is for Strength and the the 3rd area for cardio , they have good locker systems, workout areas are always clean n neat whenever you go. They r still working on improvements , The Rest you guys can decide after you see it for ur selves.
