Stallion has been by far the best training option I have made. I really enjoy training with this friendly team. All the trainers are very nice, especially our beloved Aashan (Mr. Subash-chief trainer) He is extremely knowledgeable & makes exercising fun and also interesting - explaining what we're doing and why. In addition to fitness he also knows and share nutrition diet plan. They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! Highly recommended!

Love this gym. Excellent view from the gym esp while doing cardio sessions. It is well equipped with all the required weight training equipments for full body training. Workout atmosphere is good for both men and women. Women don't hesitate, just go there it's safe.
