Big shout out to their customer service and quick resolution of any queries. I broke my necklace once by a mistake of my own, they picked it fixed it n return shipped it, all free of charge. I bought 2 pieces of jewellery from STAC - a chain necklace and an evil eye bracelet- and I love them both so dearly! The quality is amazing and the design is even better. Loved the packaging too as it comes in a mini jewellery box with a very luxurious storage pouch and an authenticity card.
I purchased a present for my sister for her graduation from STAC - a pair of the disc threader earrings. She absolutely loved it! She is able to wear the earrings in her own unique style (if you have multiple piercings you can choose to weave the earrings through in cool and different ways). The quality is clearly high and the product came packaged very neatly too.

Purchased two pearl chain rings from Stacfine, one for myself and another as a gift. The packaging, aesthetic and design of ring was wonderful, but I had to send both rings back as the size wasn't correct and they kept falling. Stacfine arranged pickup and pickup and resizing since it was within the stipulated period. Update: Although i loved the design and aesthetic of the ring for myself, unfortunately following the resizing the ring structure got affected and it kept falling. I contacted stacfine with the issue that despite being a pretty design and they were very forthcoming is getting it fixed and even agree to do the repair free of charge and were also willing to waive off the courier charge,. Rashi, one of the brand owners, also got in touch with me to assist me in resolving the same and i truly appreciate them going above and beyond to make sure that as a customer I stay connected with the brand ethics and values they stand for.
