Peacefull environment, friendly coach , really motivating and has lot of equipments.since it is available anytime between 5am to 10pm really have time to workout anytime ,what is more admirable is they have steam facilities .
There is no one day pass, and they didn't let me use this gym.

The gym has good infrastructure and very budget friendly in annual packs and monthly packs. Provide good diet advice and meal charts as well.
This is the best gym in chintadripet surrounding... They have steam room also ... And it has a pakka yearly package....
