St Vincent De Paul Hospital - General hospital in Thrissur - Thrissur, India

I'm very much satisfied with this Hospital. Overall treatment is good. The services were good and the staff and doctors were excellent in all ways. Thanks, everything was good. Very good treatment and the doctors & nurses are very friendly to us. I had an amazing experience with this Hospital. Once again Thank you all of you. Especially Thank you to management team

Moderately crowded. Quality treatment. Mediocre in-patient facility. Public transport facility is rare. You wont get even Autorickshaws after 5 O Clock in the evening. Canteen facility is not very good and there is no room service. In case of patients admitted and bye standers, you have to order food at a snacks stall at the 2nd floor and collect your order before 7 PM. It is difficult to get food on Sundays in case you are admitted there. Further there are no hotels nearby offering Patient friendly food. Regarding Outpatient facilities, the Pharmacy felt to be very time consuming as even without a crowd they would make you wait for almost half an hour. The counter staff would behave as if there is nobody in front of them. They would keep talking to each other or keep themselves engaged in their own works. 4 Wheeler parking can be challenging at peak hours, however one could manage parking at the roadside

Good hospital. Over all good service

Some doctors are great, especially in the paediatric department (that's why I gave 3 stars in overall). Some doctors are mediocre and still ok in the case of common diseases. But the front-office staff and management service staff are highly inefficient and they lack professionalism (zero star). You will get disappointed if you want to get follow up even by a phone call, they won't allow to connect you to doctors, you have to come personally even if you are in the middle of a medication and rest. What a joke! Come on, even the big multi-speciality hospitals such as Aster do allow connecting their active patients to doctors via phone, why can't you guys being such a small hospital allow it, why such a heavy drama?
