Consulted Dr. Jerry Mathew for my Mother's Knee Replacement Surgery. Had a very good experience with scheduling and planning as Dr. Jerry and team were always available to discuss and clear doubts. Surgery, Treatment & Nursing care very good. A big shout out to the Physiotherapists Dr. Bonny G John & Dr.Saramma Joseph for their professional approach to get patients back on their feet/routine. The extra care by way of personalized home phsio sessions provided is much appreciated and a great relief for my family as we knew that our Mother was in professional and safe hands. Well done team and all the best to St. Thomas Mission Hospital.

Most pathetic experience ever had from a hospital. When a patient is admitted in a private hospital its the responsibility of the staff to enquire about her health and needs in a certain intervel of time here you have to continuously call them to clear urine, clean room, change bedsheets and so on. And when you face emergencies with the patient its there responsibility to clean them up and enquire about their health how the patient is feeling afterwards. They do no such things. It's like they have plenty of free time and least bothered about the patient. And the pharmacy don't get me started on that.. Snail moves faster than their service. Even the canteen it's worst than a snail. If you want to get the patients some food you will have to spend atleast 45 min to just get the parcel after having the food right there.

A very bad experience making pediatric consultation. Even if they take unwell babies, they will not allow them to see the doctor. Today we went to the hospital for consult the pediatrician to check the latest blood reports of my daughter. The reception staff not allowing to open file. Because of Doctors order they are closed the OPD at morning 11am. (Before going to the hospital we are already check with the availability of paediatrician.) But after reached the hospital very bad experience from the receptionist. You won't find a hospital like this anywhere else...

Went there after 2 year lot of new doctors joined there..new specialities started .. the hospital established in the year of 1947..it have a great history on Kerala's health care support.. it's was the only hospital available in territory health care for decades .. now lot of private hospitals available now.. hospital is under MARTHOMA medical mission .. surely the management have to upgrade and update the infrastructure and mechinaries , have to train staffs frequently for being better .. also the hospital have nursing school, college ,pharmacy college , optometry and MLT colleges lakhs of medical and paramedical students passed out from here and they were working as a brand ambassadors of meppalikutty hospital at different countries of the world

St. Thomas mission hospital Near Kattanam(local Area) Provides good Medical Service.... Situated Inside From Main Street..easy accessible place by transportation... lot of parking Structure ... Not a Rushy Mood So That Good atmosphere for patients.... Hospital provides it's own Ambulance Services... Dealing from staff Are Good

Excellent hospital and highly experienced Doctors and their team. (Especially Dr Jerry Mathew sir) Very kind and supportive nursing staff. Overall excellent hospital for orthopaedics in kerala

Most pathetic experience ever had from a hospital.

Not so great experiance with Orthopedician Dr.Jerry Mathew who doesn't even take enough time to clinically examine /to properly look into the xray of his patients. I don't understand why all this hype is about.He makes his patients wait for a long time for a 2 min consultation.Please don't be a reason to make people believe that doctors work only for money. I must add that the other departments like ophthalmology ,internal medicine etc.might be good but the IP facilities and canteen needs to be revamped.
