New facilities at St. Thomas hospital are fabulous.. Better rooms, wider waiting areas, good food services, extra- ordinary diagnostic methods n many more. As their vision, they are giving top most priority in patient caring n treatment. Moreover am very grateful to d whole team of chethipuzha hospital for providing amazing services in d close vicinity.

Treatment gone for knee undergone by Dr Mathew Puthiyidom and Dr Jinny was best in class and thankful for all the support from hospital staffs. Got bad experience from radiology department. Even not considered patient condition and dragged days for getting report. For this reason I have to give low rating.

Iam grateful to Dr. Maria George her full medical team who processed my D&E successfully with constant caring and support. Heartfelt thanks to my nurses for the nice treatment and hospitality I received. Improve: Iam utterly disappointed with the service of front desk and admission desk staff and their attitude.

Good hospital , good doctors and staff.Poor service at radiology , priority not given to patients who came early for scanning . We had a bad experience when we had to wait 2 hours for an abdominal scan.Eventhough , we informed staff about the discomfort to hold urine no action was done and had to wait more time. I am Sending this review because this is the second time we are facing the same issue.

The physiotherapy department at this hospital is exceptional. The physios are highly skilled, and their personalized approach to treatment made a significant difference in my recovery.

The treatment and care provided for the patient were exceptionally outstanding, and it is difficult to find adequate words to express our gratitude towards the staffs and doctors for there excellent and professional approach with each and every patients.
