St Laurn Hotel - Hotel in Pune - Pune, India

Can't even say one of the worst as this is officially the worst hotel I've ever lived in. They have such random policies which honestly don't make sense and the service is also horrible. We had such a bad experience here. They have a policy of no guest, on requesting the manager (Christopher) he mentioned that he would try his best to do what he can and he could allow the guest for 30 minutes in the room. We had guest coming from far to meet us, we cancelled on two of them due to this policy. However, we asked one of our friend to come over. Once he reached, they again made and issue and mentioned 'if it's a male guest, then a female cannot be in the room'. I had to wait in the lobby, while my friends met. We could have very easily just asked out guest to walk in, as while I was in the lobby people just randomly walked it and the receptionist weren't even attentive. But we still respected the policies and requested to allow the guest into our room for a short time. Besides this, on using the pool, we asked for towels which took more than 40 minutes to come. They didn't have basic requirements such as a tooth brush and toothpaste for the guest. And it seems is given on request. But these are just basic needs during a stay at the hotel. Additionally, we also had asked for ice with our in room order, which didn't come. It's disappointing to have to spend so much on a room and have such a bad experience. The staff members were extremely rude and disrespectful while speaking. Would never suggest this hotel to anyone for a stay.

Centrally located. But quiet surroundings. Spacious rooms. Prompt Service with a smile. Room well equipped with all amenities. However if traveling by auto, hotel is not known to the drivers. You have to mention name of the hotel by the side of this one.

There is no hot water and I am here for a wedding. There are only so many cold showers a person can take. The people working are indifferent and say they're having work done (not advertised.) In order to get towels, water bottles, or room service, you have to go to the front desk and ask a couple times. They may eventually show up in your room, but who knows. People are nice, but definitely indifferent to hotel issues and guest experience.

SGS Mall parking exceeded my expectations. Ample space and well-marked spots made parking hassle-free. The security measures in place instilled confidence in leaving my vehicle. Convenient location and reasonable fees were added bonuses. A positive experience overall.

It's a decent hotel. They call themselves a business 4 star but it lacks in certain places. For example the bathroom sink is clogged. Stains on the marble. The highlight was the view from the room. Overall it's a decent hotel. Also, they only give 2 small bottles of water complimentary in the room. You atleast expect two 1 litre bottles to be given complimentary.

Situated in business hub of Pune , Koregaon Park , Well maintained rooms with all amenities. Ebony and cafe 15 interior is wonderful and cosy. Staffs are polite and professional. Positive vibes everywhere . Staffs are helpful beyond expectations and they made my day wonderful

Hopeless & helpless staff. Room door looks doesn't work properly. I was caught with high fever in the evening and called the reception if they can help me with the tablets but they denied even after my multiple requests. They are more than happy to let their guests die but not provide medical aid.

Very good place at nice location Rooms are old but well maintained Food is good, both in room dining and food on buffet also Service is slight slow but very good service It's complete non smoking hotel, so you have to go out of hotel on road to smoke
