St. Joseph's Hospital - Hospital in Mukkam - Kozhikode, India

I recently had the unfortunate experience of needing to be hospitalized, and I am so grateful that I chose St. Joseph's Hospital in Mukkam. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness and compassion by every member of the staff. The nurses were particularly attentive, checking on me regularly and making sure that I was comfortable. The hospital itself was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. I was also impressed by the friendliness of the staff, from the doctors to the housekeeping crew. Everyone was always ready to help with a smile. One thing that I particularly appreciated was the daily visits from the sisters at the hospital. They would come by to chat with me and ask about my condition, and they always offered words of encouragement and support. Their presence made me feel cared for and valued, and it truly lifted my spirits. Overall, I had a very positive experience at St. Joseph's Hospital, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of medical care. The nursing care is excellent, the hospital is clean and neat, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the staff is truly dedicated to providing their patients with the best possible care.

The hospital service diagnosis seems good, but there can be more improvement made on billing, discharging formalities. I had to spend whole of my day in hospital even after the doc shared discharge note by morning itself. Canteen facility seems limited which I feel can have more varieties. Working of Insurance department seems fine enough.

They are absolutely deserve for good certificate. Nice hospital out of calicut district. We are truly happy with their service including doctor's approach, nursing care,front office,insurance so and so.well atmosphere, nice infrastructures. I fully recommend this hospital for a best medical care.

It is not a patient friendly hospital. Doctors and nurses are not ready to learn the words and maintain poor communication with respect to care, plan, need of investigations etc. I hope these will be taken care and rectified in near future
