Poor customer management. No proper tocken system, they issue tocken via whatsapp and spot booking. Waste of time waiting period of 2 -3 hours. May be for hipe. They don't call patients according to tocken. There is no tocken display or no transparency. They call tocken according to nurse wish. Waste of time and money.
Poor service from staff. I visited this hospital due to fever on 10/ 09/ 2023 The attittude towards staff against me is very poor. I had 102.7 f fever. But for injecting drip to my boday i have been waiting for 30 min after the consultation from doctor. Duty staff did not offer me bed. Once i found a bed and sat on that. One nurse reached me and order that i have to give this bed to some other patient
Poor customer management, attitude of staffs and the surgery doctor is same . The surgery treatment has shown no improvement even after 2 months. It's been a Waste of time and money.
The St. John's hospital have services of some of the experienced doctors in the town. The hospital is developing slowly but steadily. The hospital is now equipped with many most modern devices. They have limited lab and imaging services. The daily patient visits are on a high. Parking, canteen facilities are good. Hospital is maintained well, it's always clean and tidy.

Tried to get a RT-PCR test done here. I waited for over 2 hours and still didn't get my turn. The way they handle things is very slow and disappointing. It is understandable that there is a good number of people standing for the tests, but I feel if the team of nurses and management would be a little more efficient things would be much more smooth. The next most annoying thing is the mode of payment. In this time of digital payment, they are very stubborn about accepting only cash. Literally any person coming for the tests can be covid positive and using cash payment is very risky and careless. At least a UPI or card payment is much needed

Good hospital which is spacious and neatly maintained. The doctors are capable, caring and approachable. Cost is affordable. Management is good.
