I would definitely recommend this hospital. Because I had first admitted my son in the 11th month after his birth in a very bad condition. Then they saved my son. He is 4 1/2 years old today. I have been showing him in this hospital since then till now. And the doctors, nurses, cleaning departments here are all good. All nurses are so caring. Doctors are all treating very well.

I was admitted in Isabella hospital in G3 3rd floor in 305 room the room was neat and tidy, the rest room was kept clean. The staff were more humble and friendly took care well and also regarding the food which was provided to the patient was good. Thank you

My recent experience at St. Isabel's Hospital has left me deeply concerned. While the physical aspects of care were addressed, I found a significant lack of empathy towards the emotional needs of patients. My father was under their care from April 30 to May 3, 2023. Despite assurances from the doctors that he would be treated and discharged the next day, his condition was not properly diagnosed or treated. This has led me to question the competence and honesty of the medical professionals at this hospital. In the words of Job 13:3-4, 'But I would speak to the Almighty, and I desire to argue my case with God. As for you, you whitewash with lies; worthless physicians are you all.' This verse resonates with my experience at St. Isabel's Hospital, where I felt the doctors were more interested in presenting a positive image than in providing quality care. I admitted my father to St. Isabel's Hospital's ICU because he was refusing to eat. Unfortunately, my experience with the hospital staff was deeply concerning. My father was restrained as he tried to pull away the rice feed tube, and he was conscious for two days. After dialysis was given with false assurance from the doctor that he would be discharged the next day, he gradually went into an unresponsive state. The site of dialysis was swollen, and there were tears in his eyes when I visited the ICU. He was unable to express the pain and frustration he was feeling, and I felt that the doctors did not empathize with him. I hope that sharing my experience will encourage St. Isabel's Hospital to improve their patient care approach, doctors in particular to be more genuine. I urge you to provide quality care for weak and ailing persons, especially the elderly at their last stage.

I highly recommend this multi specialty hospital where my daughter born and now discharged after flu treatment. The doctors and their whole team are very good and taking care the ill one and provide enough knowledge about the cause of disease to the attendees. Given room facility is also good and all the service personnel are very dedicated on their role

Once, my daughter was admitted in the hospital for a surgery. It was over successfully. And she had to be admitted in the hospital for 2 more days. At that time,I had a sever fever and vomiting which the nurses noticed but, they didn't seem to care. She kept on vomiting and I even told them I was not well. They didn't care and asked if somebody else would come to look after my daughter. I was shocked and I even thought whether it was a hospital. After so much time only when a headnurse came on regular checks she saw me and took me to the ward.

I had admitted my daughter for delivery We were in maternity ward C up It was her first delivery Dr Shantha Fernando was her doctor She was very kind understanding and loving She waited for normal delivery My daughter delivered a baby boy normally All glory to Lord Jesus who came to save all of mankind and also for granting us forgiveness of our sins A special thanks to her paeditrician DrPraveena Lincoln who took care for the baby as it was preterm Special mention to Elsy Francis sister and all the nursing staffs who were very attentive to all our needs especially helped us a lot in lactation. G Block 3rd floor - Attending service was excellent and nurses were great in doing the jod. Especially the patient attender help has gone beyond expectations. Overall great hospitality.
