I will give 0 star if I can. We waited for 2.5 hours and at the end of that we were not treated. The senior doctor does not want us to tell about our problem. We just answer his question , rush and get what ever he gives. When I asked for one question if test has to be taken he got angry, yelled at me and he threw the prescription on patient face. Patient is elderly parents of mine. I was worried for them. My dad knows doctor in olden days so we went there. Is throwing paper at very old patients face the way a doctor treats a patient? Is this privilege behavior? Just because they are doctor does not mean they are abuse patient like this. If doctor did not like question he asked he could have ignored me or asked me to be quite and talk to my parents. I told my parents to leave the place and no need to seek treatment at a place who throws things and shouts at patients In other reviews I read how staff also have attitude and I felt the same.

ZERO STAR - Worst hospital in Kumbakonam. It will be a great mistake if someone goes to this hospital. Fully commercial and they want only to make money. In ICU room everywhere you will find cockroaches, Rats, and zero hygiene. For ICU ward for 3 days I had to spend 122000.It's like a monopoly they are running. Nonsense hospital and it's not a hospital it's a commercial institute. Doctors also like that and looting people's hard earned money. For money being charged atleast they should have maintained hygiene that also these people are not capable of. Don't ever go to this hospital.

hi, i came down from abroad to my native kumbakonam last year. Due to pandemic my stress level has increased and end up into depression. That time my family was searching for a counselor in my home town. luckily came to know about dr.sudha mani who is there in S.T. Hospital. went for nearly 5 sessions. i am alright now. i am very happy with her approach. she is very punctual in her timings, compassionate and able to understand my problem very quickly. she gave practical suggestions to overcome my problem. thank you dr.sudha and thanks to s.t.hospital for this wonderful service

Dont ever go to this hospital, You pay them to treat you and yes they treat you not like a patient, like a beggar. I have admitted some senior person in their hospital and i can see how lathargic are they. She was in there for more than a month without any improvement. One more thing is whenever the chief doctor arrives we have to get out of the patient room and stand outside with our shut mouth at least that's what the nurses tell us. I wonder are we in a paid hospital or In a government hospital there too i would not appreciate this kind of treatment to us the people who stay with the patient.

Extremely insensitive to insurance claim related work. Very poor office staff. Overall cleanliness desired to be lot more better. Every person in the hospital has larger than life attitude. Kumbakonam deserves better people and better hospitals

I just love hospital more and more..... pocket friendly treatment cost.... top level treatment.... there way of treating sss to gud.... both of my children were born in this hospital dr preethi so friendly..... i jst recommended this to every one

I used to go to this hospital from my childhood. But now this hospital turned into completely money making. This Dr.Thiyagarajan runs his own pharma company and prescribe all medicine from his own pharmaceutical company. When you go ask about patient status he will get angry. He never responds to patients or ppl who accompany them. Hospital workers are worst. They won't do anything unless you pay them for each time. For cleaning room you have to pay the cleaner.. for giving medicine on time to patient you pay bribes to nurse. Frustrated wit this hospital. NOT recommending anyone to go.
