Thanks to all Nursing staff, Doctors and Management Team for best treatment to My daughter, for an urgent urological and gynaecology treatment. The Surgical treatment by Dr Sankalp Joshi and Dr Shivani Joshi was upto the international standards. It is very economical Hospital, as it is run by Christian society. The hospital is situated on Nayta Mundla Bypass and is covered by ample parking space and open green areas with CCTV SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM and security. The Hospital has a beautiful chapel for offering prayers.

Dr. are good Staff also good but they cannot handle or sort out the problem if some ill mannered patients clashes in the same room. Hospital management should fix some rules and regulations for visiting hours, number of visiting people and switching off the light timing at night if patient don't have serious condition. So that co-patient can get good sleep. Overall i got good treatment in an affordable Economic expense. 5star for that.

No experienced docter available here....test facilities good , hospital staff and nurses are polite and humble and cleanliness is too good... But the main problem is of docters

Great services, Dr's and staff are supportive in nature. However lab open timely and reports comes once in a day only. Overall experience is good

Hospital is god but medical service very bed

There is a hospital Sant Francis Near Ralamandal Bypass Road, Indore This hospital was very good before covid but after covid now this hospital has become a den to rob patients, now in the name of admission taking 200 rupees here, that too remains valid only for 3 days, after that if you go again then you will have to pay 200 rupees again. also Staff behavior is very bad. My wife is treated here, in which Dr. had told to give 5 injections, except for a day, but when we went, So the nurse of the morning shift did not even talk in the manner and bidding I will wear only the injection gloves which gloves you will have to buy from our mediacl store and the gloves which comes in 5 rupees in the market, she gave me the glove for 22 rupees. After this, when May went to the Nursing Incharge (superattendant) , who was a lady person, she had crossed the limit, she said that if you have to get treatment here, then this is our rule. Otherwise you can go to another hospital we dont care. That's why I want to tell you here that your hospital has just arrived, if there are such rules and like that staffs in the market, then you will not be able to last long.

Very bad. Infact worst among rest of the average hospitals in indore. Unable to get any private or semi private rooms for the patient and attendants. It's like if you are coming through Ayushman then you have to suffer a lot in general ward. The hospital is completely out of the city and there is no facilities in and out of the hospitals. No food available in hospital or nearby. After 8 pm in the evening you just should not move out of the hospital, if u don't have your own conveyance. You won't get any autos or cabs. No hotels nearby to stay at. Also the roads here are completely worn out and not recommended to drive. Staff is okay but they also can't do much because the management itself is worse.
