This hospital is pathetic the one star rating has to be given to post a review however the hospital has no compassion towards their patient. Being c sec mom i needed help with pee but they are like do yourself u will get better.. spider on walls Cockroaches on bed No cleanliness What if something actually goes in my baby's ear Not even that my child is crying like hell My mom was helping me feed but the person is like please pay OPD bill now without having any patience Now I feel they have faulty machine too The nst indicated low heart beat however my child was bouncing like monkey and we took hastily decision of c sec I took deluxe room as they say which is the best one was so dirty nd filthy.. Nd here comes next part The soup had insects inside which i actually photographed I really didn't photographed when I saw cockroaches nd spider
I am really thankful to Doctors and Nurses for their prompt service and proper medical care on time whenever i needs it and i received speedy recovery thats why Today im living second life from this Hospital, this place is very clean and neat. Having well educated Doctors, trained nurses, physiotherapist, all cleaning staff and others always co operated me and my family to overcome my problem and now iam spring up back.Once again a big thanks to the nurses and doctors who provide care on time brougth me on my original track!!!! Dr.DevkiPotwar is best OBGYN. She delivered our baby. Very detailed consulting and friendly. Ask as many queries as you want, she is available to answer. Hospital is okay however Sisters do not wash or sanitize their hands before holding the baby. Also Patient discharge process is super slow. It takes several hours for the same. Note that this hospital uses the word "Charitable" but trust me, it is super expensive. There are so many small charges present in the hospital bill break-up which will shock us! So visit here only if your pocket permits you.
I was admitted on the 2nd floor for my treatment. As per my experience, Wide range of room options were available, very friendly and supportive, attentive staff and doctors, food quality was good. Also, the hospital treatment was affordable. I recommend this hospital to anyone in need of a treatment.
