Amazing church with beautiful architecture. The church is surrounded with a garden and at the entrance there a arch of Adil shah's palace. This place is open for tourists there is no tickets to visit this place , inside the church there is a museum .
Another massive building in a quaint side street of Old Goa.
Not many tourists around.
The interior looks bigger than it actually is.
Well maintained and well organised church and complex near Old Goa church (Bom Jesus Basilica). Beautifully carved in terms of Classical Architecture. It has surrounded by the designed landscape by good volumes of bushes. It has the ruins of palace on one side. This place is very calm and composed.
Worth a quick visit after Basilica De Bom Jesus. It's a peaceful church 5-10 minutes walk from the main Basilica.
One of the most beautiful and grand churches in Goa. The best thing about this place is that not many people visit this place and hence it is less crowdy and quiet. Loved the architecture and history of this place.
There is also some ruins of an Adil Shah's palace gate, which were also beautiful. A must visit place
NO... this is not amongst the famous Trio of Old Goa.... Basilica of Bom Jesus, Se Cathedral and St. Augustine Church or Church of Our Lady Of Grace...this Church of St.Cajetan, popularly known as the Church of Divine Providence...is lesser known and less visited, but believe me, this is probably the most beautiful among all Goa Churchs and Cathedrals. Just 200 meters from famous Se Cathedral and beside Viceroy 's Arch... stands tall Church of St. Cajetan. Modelled on St. Peter's Basilica of Vatican City, this Church is a part of UNESCO World Heritage Site, Churches and Convents of Goa. This Church is the form of a Greek Cross...a large dome with inscriptions of Gospel of Matthew. This Church of Theatine Order is a marvel to watch.
This church is one of the most beautiful churches in GOA.
The church is designed by Italian architects , mimicking the st. Peter's basilica of Rome. Belong to 15th century built by the Theatines. This church is a typical example of Corinthian architecture. You get to see the magnificence inside the church . Its free to visit the church but not the convent beside .

So many people have uploaded the wrong photos of this place. They have uploaded the photographs of the church of Basilica of bom Jesus.
There is a yellow colour chapel of St. Francis Xavier.
There is a well behind this chapel and it's a holy well. Th
The Basilica of Bom Jesus is a true marvel in the heart of Old Goa, and visiting this historic site was an awe-inspiring experience. The sheer grandeur of the architecture and the rich history encapsulated within its walls make it a must-see destinat
Beautiful archway. Couldn't understand the statue, a woman with sword and a man lying at her feet. The plaque says that it is St. Catherine but it doesn't explain about the bearded man at her feet. Please tell me if someone knows. Thank you.
