Finest place to visit on Christmas day. Barrackpore's biggest church and it's very old church. On Christmas day the church is open for everyone, others day is it restricted or not, not sure about that. If you are from barrackpore or nearby town it's the best place to spend your Christmas evening.

This is a CNI, Protestant church built in 1831. We visited there on the 25th morning. The church is well maintained and well decorated. The area is huge. They even have gardens consisting of various flowers and a ground.
This place holds a very special place in my heart . My school is just beside the church and being a Christian school student I used to visit this church to sing carols during Christmas. This church has a magnificent charm. It is really beautiful. People can visit this church on Tues and Sundays at morning 8-10 and evening from 4-6pm only.

This place is so beautiful and peaceful. This cathedral was built in 1831 but it is very well maintained. The cathedral remains open from 8am to 4:30pm.

This year they didn't let anyone inside the building because of COVID19 restrictions. But even with that restriction in place, I, for one, feel that Christmas is incomplete without visiting here.

Peaceful and coherent place to visit in Barrackpur but the ghat is actually closed all the time. Two policemen are engaged to watch over it who often sit there, made this place quite uncomfortable. Parking and eating is also prohibited there.
