You get what you pay for. Cheap clean rooms with a cot, mattress and pillow. Clean toilet/bath. Get your own towel and bedsheet (bedspread and pillow covers are provided and clean) Would highly recommend a mosquito coil/repellent. Complimentary breakfast is limited to a glass of tea. Several hotels within walking distance. Service staff are courteous and helpful. What to NOT expect: - Room with a view - Situated right in front is a major sewage line. Be prepared for foul odors (I had been there during the rains, so I did not face the issue.) - Since it is located near the market, the will be noise/ workers from adjacent buildings talking through the night. Exhaust yourself during the day if you want sleep through the night.

I had such a pleasant stay with them. You will not find another place in Kochi with this cost x quality x location. The manager is a great person, extremely kind and helpful.

Cars or bikes can park at the roadside in front of the apartment.6. Clean and good-smelling water7. No mosquitosCons-1. The water bottle is opened. might have filled by themselves.2. A very old building and a cramped room There is a bad smell in that area because of market waste and the ongoing waste issue at Kochin. One could feel nausea.furniture was too old.3. No bidet shower at the toilet section

Budget friendly. I stayed 3 days,owner also nice person,giving information about routes ,places,arranging vehicals .Morning giving a cup Of Tea...,walkable distance fruits market, MG ROAD metro., High court Bus stand....

Lovely location, just walking distance from Marine drive. Well ventilated rooms. Friendly staff. Morning tea at free of cost.Only 2 draw backs-1) No Water filter installed. You need to buy bottled water.2) Window pane broken on one side of room which gives mosquitoes a free entry at night.

i stayed here for five days.pros :-first of all, you won't get a bath attached room for rupees anywhere else in kochi i think.secondly, the service is good, staff are friendlythree, you get a morning tea and paper to read.four, they provide toilet paperfive, the wifi has 20mbps speed.six, the location is near to highcourt and marine drivecons :-one, the opposite side of the road is a big drainage and the road is also mostly empty in the night and occupied by drunkards two, they don't provide free mineral water, which most hotels do.three, they don't provide bathing towels, which most hotels do.four, the bed was not comfortable for me.five, no tv.six, no water heaterin a nutshell, a value for money hotel for single travellers. if you are a family and can spend some more money, you might find better options.

The owner is super nice and take care of his guest. He offers free chai every morning and he gave me advice about the thinks to do and see. The hotel is weel located, not far from the metro, the bus station and the ferry to go to fort kochi

Value for the money. As a solo traveler I got the best price to stay here for one week to explore near by places. Owners are friendly in nature, we will get a free wifi and a cup of tea for free of cost.
