I visited this hospital one time, doctors and nurses are very friendly and was good. Rooms are all maintained and daily cleaning will be done. Adminstration staffs was very friendly and was very helpful in claiming insurance. Office staff are not that much effective

Really great hospital with experienced staff... I had done normal delivery there... Very happy for chosen St. Ann's hospital under the supervision of K.Sailaja madam (Gynocologist). Madam is well experienced doctor and gives the best suggestions. As all we know normal delivery is very painful and I cried a lot because of the labor pains. But the sisters and Nuns who were there, gave me very well support and they did normal delivery with effortable cost. Thank you St. Ann's Jubilee Memorial Hospital

Hosipetal environment very nice, neat and clean. Every department person too polite ,sisters are so friendly. One of the Best hospital in vizag, doctors are well educated and sisters are very disciplined, kind and taking care of the patients very well. Every thing is fine but littile expansive for delivery patient's cegerian fee and medications but treatment wise good.

Hospital Environment is very pleasant and staff is Polite and take care of the patients. Overal they provide good service and it is one of the good hospital in vizag.

I visited 2 times to this hospital, both occasion i felt doctors are well qualified and are caring patients very well. but the front office staffs are doing maximum to their level to destroy the reputation of this esteemed hospital. If this esteemed hospital is losing its patients backup, Hospital management should understand that your front office staffs(OP Registration staffs, pharmacy billing staffs) especially those who are sitting infront of computers have a thought that they are the programmers of NASA/Microsoft. They are just making patients to wait for 5-10 mins unwantedly and will not talk or even look to patients face. They just take the filled documents infront of their desk and doing something in system for 5-10 mins. Request to management that please try to give some training to your front office staffs how to deal customers(patients). Two star rating I had given for the good doctors, nurses and cleaning staffs.

Very nice hospital, staff are very polite and Sister's are friendly, Administration Department excellent, explaining all clearly, hattsoff to Administration Block ....

Casualty service is very poor soo much waiting and paediatric dr. ahumad no proper reply no give a proper answer about problem need to provide a speaker and mic to doctor hear his voice to patients and defence civilian OP form filling room 2 members of staff are not enough need to add 1 more staff in. Defence civilian OP form filling room. Hospital is very good spacious hygienic but service is not good and most important senior general physician are very good but junior general physician doctors are thing and Google to write a medicine

Never dare to go to this hospital,particularly pregnant women just be careful. They will frighten you with more dramas and squeeze money as much as possible. And u will be in a situation such that you are stuck in that hole and left with nowhere to go. These are money missionaries running here. Please consider my review before going there.I have faced circumstances and i wish you not to suffer... like me. And one the worst infrastructure they provide. So be careful. And i don't have the option less than single star i was rating single star.
