Went for Sunday morning English mass at 8.15 am.. Beautiful sermon by the praise priest and choir. The church was crowded..

This is a very good and well maintained church even though it is not that old but still u can see bit of Portuguese architecture it has a big old bell which ring 3 times a day and also during ceremony many marriages take place here it has a very good parking facility for all type of vehicles and the most amazing part of this church is that many events take place during the month of December and many people come to see them . Never the less it is a very well maintained church

The main church in Ponda city, it is devoted to St. Anne. The church is beautiful from inside. It is attached with a cemetery where our loved ones who have left for heavenly abode are buried.

It's the main church of ponda. St. Anne is the patron of ponda..... People of ponda n places surrounding ponda, like durbhat, Keri, usgao etc fall under the jurisdiction of this church. Many Franciscan priest come in this church. It also has a cemetery where the burial takes place. The feast of st. Anne mostly falls on the last Sunday of July.... People from entire goa come for the novenas n the feast of St. Anne.
