I recently joined SStrength Unplugged under the trainer Dr. Sangeeta. The fact that this is an all ladies gym is just one of the many perks. She so enthusiastically teaches us different exercises every day to make our work out fun. Very supportive, motivating and attentive to our needs and concerns. I can feel a drastic change is my overall fitness since I started my journey a month ago. The classes are well planned spanning over a week.
Dr. Sangeeta ma'am is incredibly helpful and provides proper guidance and training during all sessions with each workout! She closely monitors our progress as well. I joined the gym two months back and the regular sessions have helped me increase my stamina and strength, and I feel much more energised and healthy! It's also especially comfortable because the workouts are in small groups so everyone gets individual attention!

It's one of the best fitness classes I have ever been to. Dr Sangeeta is an amazing coach and mentor. The kind of attention she gives to each person, their form, correct stretching, personal diaries of exercise for each trainee is commendable. The passion which she brings reflects in the style of her training. I would highly recommend this class.
Dr. Sangeeta is the coolest trainer I ever met. She really dedicates her time by giving the right training to each and every individual. Being doctor by profession she not only indulges her time in fitness and strength training but also on the appropriate diet plan.
