Hospital is best.. Clean and good doctors.. Facility are quite impressive but very rush.. System is very poor. But but.. Hospital staff are very rude and behavior are very bad.

Doctor and nurse treat there pesent very friendly and all health stuff behave are very good and all doctor and stuff very hard working... Overall people are getting there treatment perfectly .and the best of part is that it's all service like any test recommended by doctor and all medicine and any surgery free off cost ..

Hospital (Presidency General Hospital), also known as PGI Kolkata, is a Public hospital and Medical school and tertiary referral government hospital for the state of West Bengal, India and is a national research institute. This is a larger hospital in West Bengal Kolkata. Getting admission for treatment at critical care unit is an issue, and needs some influence to do so. Patients are taken care of really well, and other processing are super fast.
Staff behaviour is extremely rude & rough. Completely uncooperative behaviour. No senior doctors were present and on behalf of them,the students were observing the patients. The management is extremely haphazard and unruly. No assistance provided. Even the pregnant women are not treated in a proper manner. Zero cooperation provided as if they're doing us a favour. I'm never going to visit SSKM in future. Completely unsatisfied and unhappy with the service provided. It's a shame on the state's health ministry and a huge amount of taxpayers' money going in a dump-yard.
