Frustrating Buffet Experience - Lack of Service and inattentiveness . I recently had the opportunity to try the table-served buffet at and I must say that I left thoroughly disappointed. One of the significant issues I encountered was the incomplete menu. Despite the promise of a buffet, several menu items were missing or not served during my visit. Furthermore, the lack of service added to the disappointment. Throughout the meal, it was evident that the staff members were overwhelmed or inattentive. Throughout the meal, we had no staff member assigned to our table to explain the offerings, take our requests, or even refill our plates. We were left to fend for ourselves and navigate the buffet without any guidance. The absence of attentive service greatly detracted from the overall dining experience and left us feeling neglected and frustrated.
Pathetic experience. I went there with my family. The waiter there were very unprofesional. They were not in a mood of service. You have to ask again and again for a simple glass of juice. A big thumps down
Food quality is awesome. One can get mainly continental & American food. This is not a place for Indian food lovers.
A nice place to dine, especially if the presentation entices your pallet. Do visit for some funky new ideas and themes of food

Wow ! Some reviews can't be explained. Fabulous and mind blowing breakfast cuisine. Rinku is seriously the Star of this restaurant. Hospitality was on top by Rinku and chef Pratap. Rinku served me till ending with best service. He took care of me all the time. Very humble person. I'll keep coming here,very lavishing and luxury experience in Ssense. I doubt why are people not aware of Surya in Delhi. Very nice property
Highly recommend as their service and food does not disappoint. They were attentive, efficient and very accommodating. No matter what the cuisine their food was a delight. We visited the Taj in Mumbai in between for a few days and can confirm the F&B service and food here is better than The Taj. Avinash and his team, chef Balveer and his team were exceptional.
