Dr Dixit doesn't have the manner to talk to patients.. doctor degree come later .. first be a good human being..first develop the basic things then go to any profession.it does not matter how excellent you are if you don't know ethics. Today.. I went to Dr Dixit ( Orthopaedic) with my father and 2 yrs old baby .. he was not good tone.. to everyone tu kya krega .tere kya ho gya ..sunata kyo ni .. tu kya chahta hai. I entered in room and returned after one sentence of such arguments. I dont know if anyone is taking these feedback and work on it. But its my responsibility to share to thought about such doctor sitting in such trust organisation. #first time visit bad experience Never see such doctor... And in future don't want to meet such person/doctor

I recently had an experience at Trama Center in Firozabad, specifically in their emergency department and madical store and I felt compelled to share my thoughts. Unfortunately, my visit was far from satisfactory. The staff at this hospital appeared to lack responsibility, and the level of treatment I received was inadequate. During my time in the emergency room, I noticed a significant lack of urgency and care from the hospital staff and madical store. It felt like there was a lack of responsibility and organization, which was quite concerning given the critical nature of the emergency department. Furthermore, the treatment I received did not meet the standards what I expected. The medical attention I required was delayed, and the communication regarding my condition and treatment plan was insufficient. I hope the management of Trama Center Firozabad takes these concerns seriously and works to enhance the level of responsibility and treatment in their emergency department.

If I have an option to give negative rating, will give to the staff members of this hospital. They always irritated if you ask anything from them. That guy who take care of the doc appointment at the entry, wasted my time there and have been waiting patiently but didn't inform that printer isn't working and when I asked then he started arguing with me. Unprofessional and highly I'll mannered people recruited there. They need to learn and training required there to help them how to deal with visitors. No one comes to the hospital roam. They do have a proythen only they're there. They're already dealing with their own problems and their staff makes pathetic for the patients. Fully idiots staff members.

Very poor care of patients. And. There doctor's are uneducated. Not helpful .. plzzz don't visit these place ...

Doctor of SSB Trauma Centre is really good experience level of patients.

Very very bad experience staff is very rude and uncivilized very bad behaviour with senior citizens

There is a lot of bad experience with this Trauma Center ... All Staff unqualified.....
