Dined in here while on a stay in the hotel. It was a Monday evening and almost empty. Lovely ambience and atmosphere. Service was excellent as well. What was disappointing was the food, Tomato Coriander soup was like any other, best was the chicken data and then it went down with the mains - we went for paneer burji and some roomali roti. Paneer dish was salty which because difficult on the palate after a few bites and we had to leave it, roomali roti was more Paratha than roomali - very thick and no where the softness and texture that is expected of a roomali. For a class hotel and for the pricing, it was a clear disappointment for a first visit.
I order the veg menu and was pleased to have very well prepared dishes. Service was outstanding.
Had the veg set menu and it was a wonderful experience for me and the family... They even ensured the kids were served non spicy dishes seperately .. the freshly made stuff did take some time but were very tasty and definitely worth it ..the city views all around add to the overall appeal ..great time !!
We visited the place for a special occasion. I would be rating this place 4.5/5. The ambience was great . As it was raining we could not use the outdoor seating area. Ideally this would have been a great setting. Coming to the service , it was as expected in a 5 star restaurant . Cordial and helpful. The food was very tasty and authentic . The reason why I am not rating the place 5 is due to the poor dessert collection. When you go to have a four course meal, I felt they could do better with their desserts. Also, the menu goes beyond what is written. One needs to talk to the captain for the same. Overall we had a great experience.
We visited to celebrate an occasion and I think staff made the experience better with their courteousness and gave good recommendations to enjoy authentic North Indian food taste. We had booked for outside seating as level 18 it would be a good experience but rain spoilt the plan still inside seating and ambience is not bad at all As anyone can expect service in 5 star hotel it was up to the mark. Mukund took care of our table needs very well and suggested right item by patiently listening to our needs. For any 4 course meal desert options are very minimal and I think that would add more value to meals if we have good options. Parking: valet parking Service: 5 star Ambience: good Taste: very good Cost: 5 star price
We dined at this place to celebrate mum's milestone birthday. The decor is pretty warm & inviting and service is what one would expect from a star hotel. A part of the restaurant has an open air seating and a part covered, we opted for the inside covered seating as it was pretty windy outside. Coming to the food, it exceeded our expectations. Brilliant is an understatement! They have a limited menu, however the taste of each and every dish ordered was excellent. Parents being vegetarian we settled primarily for the vegetarian dishes. Soup - Tomato Dhania Shorba Mildly spiced and warm, as it is suppose to be. Gave a pretty good warm company for the chilly night. Appetiser - Chukandar Ki Shammi I was a bit skeptical to order since coming from Delhi, and having tasted the best kababs from Lucknow & Dilli, I wasn't sure how it would be, that too shammi with beets. However, this came in as a surprise. It was a crowd pleaser. One of the favourites from the dishes ordered. Very subtle in spices, melt in the mouth texture and amazingly tasty. Don't miss to try this if you are a vegetarian!! Malai Broccoli The regular cheesy, malai laden crunchy broccoli florets, cooked in tandoor. Couldn't complain as we enjoyed it along with our shorba. Mains - Dal Ssaffron The usual dal makhni, slow cooked with a smoky after taste as it should be. Was glad that it wasn't floating in oodles of ghee or cream. Perfect accompaniment with the rotis/pulao. Kofta-E-Ssaffron Palak kofta with paneer filling, cooked in a cashew based gravy. While the kofta in itself was brilliant but I dint quite enjoy the sweetish gravy it was cooked in. It was little too sweet for my liking. Should have customised it with the spice levels! Gucchi Pulao I was excited to see this on the menu here in Bangalore, bcoz a good gucchi is a rare to find in the city and wanted to try how it tasted here. Frankly, I had great expectations out of this dish, having tasted the best gucchi from Kashmir. This dish let me down in terms of flavour and the over all taste. The dish was a mere jeera rice with a few pieces of gucchi thrown in. I feel, it lacked the flavour of the morels. May be the rice could have been cooked in the morel stock to suck in the flavour, rather than just tossing it around with the cooked rice. Murgh Dum Biryani This was the star of the evening!! If you like the Awadhi style of biryani, then this is a must try dish. Delicately flavoured meat, layered with supremely flavoured basmati and cooked in a dum handi. The moment the handi was opened the flavours wafted in the air, the sign was enough to know we are going to enjoy a brilliant biryani! The ratio of meat to the rice was brilliant too and a value for money dish to order and enjoy!! Tandoori Rotis - to give company to the main curries Dessert - Apple Jalebis with Rabri Gelato Couldn't see any flaw here, it was well enjoyed by everyone on the table. We were taken care by Ritesh while we dined and he extended his most courteous service throughout. Very thoughtful of him to get a cake on the table to celebrate the occasion! Overall a brilliant experience! Definitely worth visiting to enjoy good food and service!
Excellent atmosphere. Ambience and Service give a very royal experience. Staffs were well trained and very courteous. For personal reasons, we had vegetarian food on our visit. Our bad luck, we could not city facing seats. The restaurant was full at 8 pm. Luckily, we have reserved our seats earlier. This restaurant is in 18th floor. No need to say about the cost. Very expensive. But the cost is for the ambience, the service and the experience one gets, not for the food. Food taste could have been better.
It's truly a benchmark for a classy fine dining. The look and feel of the place is just mind boggling. One area I would like to highlight in terms of an opportunity area is their service which can be expedited. But overall, an amazing place:))

I have never rated a restaurant with 5 stars but this one definitely deserves it. Everything is perfect over here be it ambience, service, food or drinks. And it's so reasonable. Its theme is of a cave and it's beautiful. Food over here is a 10/10, i
We went to celebrate a birthday. After booking, they again gave a call back to confirm the timing and what message to be written on the cake. They had reserved a table for us right next to the pool. All the staff was very polite. The food was too goo
