Excellent place to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The service is very friendly, courteous and efficient. The Garlic Dosa is excellent.

We were greeted by swarms of houseflies!This restaurant doesn't switch on lights when customers walkin. Bathroom door doesn't lock properly. Unclean wash basin and terrible customer service at the restaurant. In this pace they will achieve excellent restaurant in Rameshwaram for terrible customer service. The lady at the counter feels like she is the queen of the restaurant and she puts up a frowning face, when basic questions are asked. Food was ok. When I showed it to the manager, he was ok with this review .

The food was bad and there was a cooked housefly in my dal. No hygiene at all. Avoid eating here at all costs.

Unfortunately, my experience at SS Grand Restaurant was far from satisfactory. From the moment we arrived, the service was slow and unresponsive. We waited at the entrance for a host to greet us for several minutes, and had to flag down a server to be seated. Once we were finally seated, it took a long time for anyone to come over to take our drink order. When the food did arrive, they were not what we had ordered, and we had to send them back. The food also took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it was cold and undercooked. The server was inattentive and didn't check on us throughout the meal, so we couldn't even ask for the food to be reheated. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the poor service at SS Restaurant. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

Worst experience ever in life , staff is rude and worst, They serve food according to their choice . We prebooked meals but were not served properly. Staff named Rajshekhar was a liar and he did not give plain rice and dal for the kids and said there is no plain rice and later we found that he was serving the food to other guest . We had a big fight with the staff and management. Do not visit this hotel

This is a restaurant attached to SS Grande Hotel. The food served here was very good and tasty. However there is service is a little slow. They take long time to serve what we order. The staff are very polite and friendly. I appreciate the ambience of this restaurant.

We went to this place because there were very few pure vegetarian restaurants nearby. You will also get North Indian food options here if you are lucky. We ordered 2-3 North Indian items from their menu, none of them were available. We had no other choice than to eat whatever was available. Food is average, but the waiting time is too much. We were waiting for around 40 min before our food arrived. This wait time is after frequent follow-ups. If you just wait there, no one will come back for you.

Me and my family came to this hotel for having lunch,as we didn't eat anything from the morning because we were travellig, first of all we ordered meals to eat but the hotel's staff said that there was no meals and no rice so then we ordered some fried rice and dall to eat which was not soo good but very less okay to eat,and then the hotel's waiter came up with hand full of meals to serve other people's who were there in that hall, even they came after us they got to eat the meals,the hotels staff was very rude from the begining to us,then we just wanted some rice and plain dall to feed a 9 month old baby,we asked the staff he said that there is nooo!!!!!rice in the hotel even not a single rice,the baby was crying so much,at the same time he was serving meals to the other customer,then we asked thrice if its there rice to feed the kid his answer were the same, from the begining when he knew that we were talking hindi he changed i dont know why but all my family member felt the same way as i am,he was serving meals to his people(tamil people),the bill was about 2300 the moment when we paid the waiter places 3 meals in the dining table .then we asked about it he was speechless and he gave excuses about the steamed rice it was very racist of him,we talked about it to the manager, we didn't even wanted the full meals we just asked some a bowl of rice to feed the baby,he still didn't gave an explanation to us or the manager he was just standing like a deaf in the middle road then the manager took action then he served 3 meals in just 5 minutes we didnt know how, but he served after a fight what a racist and a heartless man!!!
