SS Residency - Hotel in Tumakuru - Tumakuru, India

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and it was a nightmare. The room was dirty, the staff was unhelpful, and the amenities were practically nonexistent. Definitely not worth the money."

The room seemed to be clean, but cockroaches were running around. The toilet flush wasn't working. Though they said hot water is available, there was no hot water. The weirdest thing was even after the request and complaint nothing was done from their end. Very much disappointed with the hotel and their service.

Reception staff behavior is really very rude, they don't respect corporate guests, he clearly said that what else you can expect for normal guest. Worst experience ever, not suggested for anyone. Specifically corporate booking, coz they don't have any goodwill I would like to urge owner plssss altest put some responsible person on reception atleast See, this is the towel they provided me after 2 hours of waiting for bath, a very old and joint towel

This place is located just besides the Tumkur bus stand. It had private bus stop on one side and govt on other side. It has a loading facility on 2nd n 3rd floor, pub on 4th floor, restaurant n bar on 1st floor and a pure veg restaurant on ground floor. Rooms are well maintained, cozy, wifi works fine and room service is good. Washroom could be improved. Hot water available. Costing was around 2k. In-house restaurants n bar is good to have and food quality is good. Price wise its competitive. Should definitely give it a try. This place is good to stay who need to catch bus for banglore n want to stay near to travel hub. Good for staying.

We 10 friends visited this pub on Friday night at 7pm , There is no stock of wine , Rum , Vodka . Highly disappointed, servers not even ready to provide manager numbers at least to have a word on this. Worst service in terms of treating, waste of time. Not at all supporting staff. We given a option like we will get the bottle to facilitate from out side you can serve us as per your price/ peg , They not even ready to listen our words, This is not only a single person review , it's the sum of 10 members input.

Rooms are really amazing.. Rooms starts at 1600 rs for 3 person sharing..with Ac. Extra bed also given Main highlights in the room is lighting it's give a star hotel felling Very spacious. And cupboard ,sofa for relaxing in the room With one switch we can access room service .

Maintenance is low Water won't come properly in washrooms Infrastructure need to maintain properly

It was ok for the price. Best part is Location - Great. The rest ok. Negatives for me during the stay -- 1. Security guard - I went to ask him question, "Hindi Nahi, kannada baat karo" that's all he spoke. Very arrogant & rude. Not all welcoming or helping. 2. Cleanliness - small n big cockroaches seen in room, bathroom was dirty.
