SS Residency - Lodge in Kannur - Kannur, India

A good place to stay if you are on a budget, location is near to grill, ice cream parlor, few eating joints, Savita film city and multiplex, Beach etc. The place smells bad, is just in front of a sewage line, but all of that is adjustable for the price. Rooms are fine, there is a kitchen place with utensils provided, TV is there, solar geyser, cupboard, chairs, table, towel etc

Bathroom Condition Very Irritating. I think they are not cleaned So many days. TV not working I asked about that owner told Before that u couldn't told about TV . They are giving Advance bill as Hotel bills.simply Violating Tax laws. We have to inform these to Authorities.

Very bad experience at SS Residency, when arrived rooms were not ready, no one to get the luggage to the room had to get it myself. The person did not know anything about the booking. Later in the night says he will change the room and give me a different one ? No remote for the television No dustbin in the room Rooms are ok and not that great, and it's roadside parking.

The room are big but very dirty and full of mosquitoes . You can't sleep for 20 minutes and they don't provide any mosquitoes replant to save us. Over all not worth for 800 rs. .

Nice place for a budget stay, clean rooms, friendly owner and staff. Toiletries provided. No private parking space. Food is available at the stay on order

There are few minor issues but the cost is also less... Take musquito repellent always... The owner is a soft spoken guy and helpful

It's a good place for bachelors and small family. Staff are friendly. Maintenance of place is good, but can be better.

dont commit blindly by considering their amenities advertisement, its opposite toward a big gutter , watvr thy mentioned these ppl thy dont have it, better to choose other than this one as its my personal experience.
