Quantity and taste is good in all dishes especially biriyani, fried rice /noodles varieties and gravy items. Recommended dishes Chicken biriyani Large quantity - served with the best brinjal thokku, onion pachadi and bread halwa. Prawn gravy Mouthwatering gravy with many numbers of well cooked prawns. Chicken pops Fried chicken pops served with full cup of mayonnaise and ketchup - taste is good but bit oily. Tandoori chicken, chicken 65/lollypop Well cooked chicken and tasty (tandoori leg piece) Service to be improved. Always crowded place. Limited space available in AC dining area and ok. Crowd management is good.

Food and service is good.. But the atmosphere and ambience is even par with local smaller hotels.. They should improve and increase dining area..

Very small capacity of dine in. Acceptable cleanliness to the rating of 3.5 out of 5. Food quality is very better and good in taste. Quantity vise very satisfied for briyani. Service level is excellent in kolathur branch. Parking facility is not good, no much better space & stagnation of water many times as I checked.

I had visited SS BIRYANI PAPER MILL road on 28-10-23 @ 9:45pm I was very hungry to have delicious SS Biryani but they took 20 minutes to deliver my parcel what a poor service I pitty them. Buy then I could'nt resist my hunger so i bought chicken pakoda from tallu vandi road side vendor who could serve me in 5min and I had to control my anger and hunger. Poor service SS

I bought 2 chicken biriyani today. The rice was in almost kanji consistency. No taste, 2 hard piece chicken.. Rate is too much and is totally not worth the money.

When we think about celebrations, SS is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, my Biriyani, Grill ,FriedRice, Bread Halwa might have been the best meal I have ever been served. Service was delightful and very professional. 10/10 Biriyani is so gooooooood.....

Very crowded , obviously good food But very poor crowd managing capability from the restaurant, no proper seating arrangements, customers are made to wait in line on the road outside the restaurant I waited for 30mins in line just to order on a Sunday ! On a hot sunny day , this is something that needs to be handled from the restaurant. Also the staff are little relaxed and roaming around even under such busy hours . Best part is water bottle being distributed, appreciate that . Briyani and fried is very good
