Worst hospital!! The nurses don't treat patients like humans . They speak as if we owe them money. Also no proper bills are provided . High doses of medicine is provided so please check the medication with other doctors as well.
I went for fever and body pain, headache.. doctor gave medicines and suggested for injection. The nurse has given me the injection on the wrong area. Due to this, i was getting repeated fever. They made me to visit the hospital 2 times with a day gap and they charged me Rs 400 for each visit though the gap is one day between the visits.. still I have severe pain on the injected area. I visited other hospital now and fever is gone now but still the pain is there. I am struggling with the pain. They told me the fuss has to be removed on the injected area.
Due to their mistake'I am struggling now.
My sincere suggestion: atleast give some basic training to the nurse on where to put an injection
Dr.Sujatha is the only doctor who is there to attend patients. They have pharmacy inside the hospital. Overall the hospital maintenance is good.
One of the most understanding doctor I have seen . Listens to the patients concern and helps us . This is called real service . Reasonable fees and good treatment . Doctor Sujatha is very knowledgeable and nice . It's rare to find such nice and selfless doctor like her .
Gives high doses. The outside medical shop guy didn't give me the prescribed tablet asking my son's age. He said the dose is too much for him.
People have different opinions all the times. According to me Dr Sujatha is an expert in this field and very much approachable. Being an out station patient we felt she is really helpful. This hospital never give strong medicines , leaving the rest of the work to human body to recover, which is what I was looking for, as against trying all the new chemicals(aka medicines) in the market. No comments about other facilities in the hospital. To talk about charges here , economical as compared to other HI-FI-DOLBY-DIGITAL-AC-ABS hospitals :).
Very commercial place, purely business oriented. Average cure rate, okay for small urgent needs. Would not recommend for emergency and long term treatments. Could be more humanity oriented than focused on money.
Dr. Sujatha doing her job well . Explains about condition and encourages patients as well without getting irritated . Treats everyone equal . Visiting her since 2015 never prescribed strong dose or unnecessary tests.
