The gym is everything you can expect. Right from the moment you enter. You get to learn things for free which people would normally charge you. The owner himself is a fitness guru and he is all that you would need in a trainer. Normally such gyms charge alot of fees with bare to no results, but the entry to the fees everything is reasonable. The gym has three floors and is constantly being upgraded for better experience of the gym goer. Expect nothing but the best here. Also, for people who would like to buy shakes, protein supplements etc, the owner will guide you to the best of his known ability. The gym owner , cum trainer Saswata da is the most supportive person I have known, he understood my lifestyle and requirements and accordingly assigned me the exercises, and diet! Not only that he educates his members about the do's and don'ts to maintain a healthy lifestyle which is generally rare! After 3 months of completely following what he had to say I almost lost 7.5 kgs which was huge for a girl who lost hope, not only that I feel strong, fit and most importantly I feel my age! The gym is spacious, well equipped with modern and best machines for all kinds of muscle training, cardio and what not!
