I am experiencing this gym from last 2 months and I can see the changes in my body. I just wanted to shape my body which is happening very well. The staff is very nice and equipments are very good . Trainer is also very helping. Happy to continue further.
SS fitness has been awesome to me. The trainer (Sujeet singh )is exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
Good gym with friendly environment. One thing I really like about is the owner of the gym, I have never seen this much of knowledgeable and experienced trainer.
He personally take care of his client and provide you the valid information about your diet, schedule and exercise.
