Time for fitness..yes it's a very best in our locality.. plus point is can workout any time a day. The only Negative i found is the area.it could have been a stretch , rest of it is awesome. Recommend for fitness freaks

The trainers at efc understand different body goals and they are all certified, national fitness trainers. Since I come here with my mother and father, this is very important for us as we all have different fitness goals. My parents and I got a personal trainer called Aakash who happens to be a national fitness champion. He is dedicated and responsive. He guide us well through our diets and work out routines. We have been coming here for the last 2 months and now this is our second home! No doubt, this is the most preferred gym in the area.

They said it's not GYM and end the call.... Looks like it's a wrong number in google

No 1 Gym in LB Nagar surrounding areas .. awesome equipment . Super training staff. Lady trainers also available. GuY should try it

Better to loose r gain ur weight it's good atmosphere to do workouts...
