The SRV hospital's facilities are state-of-the-art, equipped with modern technology and equipment. This, coupled with the expertise of the medical staff, ensured that I received top-notch medical care. The diagnostic services were prompt and accurate, allowing for quick and efficient diagnosis. Another aspect that stood out to me was the excellent coordination and communication among the different departments within the hospital. From scheduling appointments to coordinating tests and procedures, everything was seamlessly managed, minimizing any inconvenience or delays.

THIS HOSPITAL WILL SCAM YOU! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would, because that's how unprofessional they are. I admitted my father here on emergency, but they took over a day to provide a diagnosis. The doctors were not aligned within themselves, and they just kept doing test after test for no reason. Even though my father was completely fine, they kept him in the ICU for 4 days. When we told them we want a discharge against their advice, they forged the discharge papers with a new condition they never told us about to create challenges with my insurance provider. WE HAD TO FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHT AT THIS HOSPITAL AND TO GET CLEAR ANSWERS FOR OUR QUESTIONS. I suspect they also forget blood reports because the reports done from another lab were perfectly fine. I have never seen such a hospital hell bent on fooling families and scaring them with conditions that the patient doesn't have. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO CONSCIENCE AND THEY WILL NOT STOP TILL THEY HAVE MADE A HUGE BILL AT THEIR HOSPITAL! The hospital is also jot cleaned regularly, the washrooms are dirty and there is no accommodation for the patient's relatives.

Me and my wife had done annual health check up. We are very pleased withe service given by all the departments. Each one took good care of us. We observed the reception staff, security, housekeeping and almost everyone. We really appreciate their efforts. The explanation for all test and guidance by reception staff was very good . Thanks.

My daughter came in an emergency in evening, at that time they handle the situation, very easy and on emergency basis they call pediatrician also. After taking admission we don't want to do any thing they all coming properly on time, providing a medicine properly and 2 to 3 time management visit regarding service and everything. Housekeeping staff is very good on time they are doing everything.

Pathetic service. Irresponsible doctors. And the reception staff needs fo go under training as they are not aware about the standards and procedures of the hospital. They charge you for follow up even if it is within 7days. Lack of co ordination and knowledge between the staff. Only doctors available are for emergency. So only if you are dying you are welcomed otherwise as the doctor feels he would cancel your appointment on your face that too an 45mins prior. No professionalism at all. I hope SRV understands that they are running a hospital and people are paying for its services it is not some salon that you cancel the appointment just like that. Wasted my money after these irresponsible people. I wish i could give zero stars. I am nit mentioning the doctors name but i want the hospital to take some action on it.

I had chosen Mamata Hospital for my yearly medical check-ups. This was my first time visiting this hospital in Dombivli and I must say the overall experience of going through the tests and consultation was very smooth and hassle free. The staff here was polite, professional and forthcoming (a special mention to Swapnali from the front desk team). The doctors were patient enough to explain everything in detail and address my queries and concerns. The reports were e-mailed to me within a day. The overall experience was really good and much more than what I had expected. The only thing that can be improved here is the taste of the breakfast that they offer.

This hospital is just like a family to me today, my mother ( Nalini Mahajan ) was admitted one time and father ( Murlidhar Mahajan) aged 87 admitted 3rd time in SRV Mamata hospital. About my personal experience i have never expected such a wonderful atmosphere created by total staff, My father was felled on road and fractured hip bone, Mr Dharmesh arranged Ambulance in no time , at the time of admission casualty department was ready to take care of my father, at this age also Dr Ujjwal Ramteke did the operation perfectly and my father got recovery in just 6 days. Dr Nirmal Thakur is one of the best physician in this hospital and caring all patients personally Reception is very soft spoken and never asked me to fill up the form for admission procedure, floor staff specially All Nursing and mama , maushi is very cooperative, we don't require to call by clicking bell before that all staff was there with my father. Due to Ganesh Festival staff was less but another floor mama always came to take card of my father. Cleaning is awesome we can't get feelings of Hospital atmosphere due to best cleaning, this was because i noticed Admin department senior officials are always in round and personally monitoring all floors and each rooms, continuously checking with patients and patients relatives regarding any query, suggestions as well as complaints if anyone is having I will specially say thanks to Admin, Reception, Billing and Insurance department for 24 x 7 support How can I forget to say thanks to security staff also for always caring and enquiring about patient every time while entering in lift Thanks to SRV Mamata team

Visited SRV Mamta Hospital for my Annual health checkup which was my company sponsored. Right from the confirmation calls the entire process was Hassel free. Only thing I would like to suggest that please upgrade PFT section which could be better. The facility has well equipped and the doctors and helpers are very supportive. We had a breakfast here as well which was good. Special thanks to Rajshree for making entire process easy.
