We had an excellent experience at srusti hospital. We were here for baby delivery and its good hospital with best services,doctors, nursing staff here are good. specially thanks to Dr.veena madam more supportive, polite and helpful. Very good care has been taken by the staff and management.Everyone's efforts are well appreciated! Most Recommended hospital.Thank you so much for Dr.Veena ma'am.

Visited for srusti Hospital vaccination. The vaccination center is just behind the hospital. And there is very good parking space available just opposite to the hospital. I confused when I saw two stusti hospital on google map. So not get confused this just beside ring road and the vaccination center shown on google map. I choose this place as I don't want to enter city. So overall my points -Parking Avalable -No traffic issue -choose this place if you are worried about parking and to avoid time, save your valuable time.

Worst staff behaviour I have ever seen.poor quality of medicine and inj they are given.very bad experience

This hospital is only for showing off.only taking charges but not fulfill the requirements. Recently got discharged with a new born baby girl but the so called pediatrician and the in-house gd doctors not only prescribed anything for the baby but asking for baby registation fees of 2000. The councelling and communication only towards money. #Moneyorientedhospital .

It was a great experience there in Srusti hospital. The overall staff and nurse behaviour was very good (There were many "beautiful" staff and nurses as well). Specially most of the senior nurses and murses behavior is so friendly And polite that it seems like they are caring you like your own sons and daughters. Their skill of injection and all is so sharp that you will feel no pain while getting injected. They provide you the medicine by their own shop name Srusti medical (definitely they will overcharge for it). So you don't have to go anywhere for medicines. Actually i was going to rate it 5* but i rated 4* becouse of these reasons - 1. They dont allow you to go to the 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor by lift as it is reserved for staff only. But it is tidious and tiring job to go up and down by stairs throughout the day. 2. There was a guard sister who prevents non staff people to go through lift. Her behavior was very rude and arrogant. 3. There was an uncle sitting in main gate, he usually found chewing a paan, he always throws our slippers and shoes five meters away which we usually park in front of the main gate. He thinks and walks there like he is the manager of the hospital. 4. They will do the best possible treatment but it is quite expensive.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Especially Dr. SRIKANT PATRO is a careless doctor.They killed my father ,14 days of crucial fight he left us, they told us for minor surgery in stomach to be done in 3 days,after surgery then they did 2nd surgery then told us multiple organ failure.we have to Dialysis kidney ,continuously 2 times did Dialysis.my father literally vomiting blood daily and left us in deep silence.bad hospital doesn't even care for patient.only for money they killed and gave lots of excuses....kindly save your loved ones,Don't go there if you save your life.

They don't even deserve One star. They deserve -5.Let me tell you the brutal truth about this hospital. I admitted my mother because of fever and cold as the so called doctor who was incharge there (I don't even know whether he was a degree holding doctor or just a peon) suggested us to admit my mother for 24hrs observation. They tested ecg and it came abnormal 2 times. Then cardiologist suggested to do Trop T test which is basically needed to know heart attack. The test came negative. That means there is no such attack. Also they gave one antibiotic to my mother which got reacted and she got faint. When my mother was senseless that so called incharge doctor and one other guy who must be a pg student gave my mother CPR which was absolutely not needed when a patient is alive and also the monitor was working appropriately. As there was no such cardiologist there they panicked and Imidiately suggest us to leave the hospital and take her to the hospital where there is cardiac set up but they have forcefully signed us LAMA for which means Leave against medical advise. Which was absolutely a lie and a crime too. But as that time my mother's health was most important so I immediately took her to care hospital and then they fount out that there is no such abnormalities in ECG the machine that Srusti hospital has was having some prob.I am going to file a case against it before that I want to make sure whoever is reading this don't visit this hospital at all if you don't want to die.
