NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL WHY? The doctor is too careless. He doesn't talk much. My dad had a femur bone surgery. Post surgery the doctor said nothing even after we went 3-4 times there. After a month my dad got a minor attack. He had to heart surgery. All because of the doctors fault. When we asked another doc from another hospital he told after the bone surgery my dad should have taken blood thinner medicines to prevent the possibility of attack. Never go here if you do not want to risk your life

Total unprofessional and extreamly poor healthcare medical services. Staff is unprofessional and not trained. Only efficiency is in collecting payment. Space in the so call hospital is not suitable for the name of hospital. For an extream do or die situation only one should think about this hospital.

Staff is really bad. Will abuse you and harass until you block them. Prefer any doctor than this doctor. This guy is there just to make money while you get harassed.

They are really unprofessional and terrific way of dealing with patients and visitors. You will see crowd there all the time, unaware of the fact that they are actually looters and calling same patients again and again to collect visitors charge. We had lot of complains against this doctor. They charge you for visitor fee just after the operation which completely unfair. Don't trust the doc and staff there. Please be very very careful and take second opinion if they for operation. Worse place in Mumbai

Wish I could give negative stars, Doctor fool patients for taking x-rays for all the patient coming to this doctor, irrespective of the condition of the patient. looting customer - as the x-ray cost is also very high compared to others. Worst part is that after x-ray he will not tell u what is wrong or what needs to be done, he give u some advise will ask u to visit again. So that he can charge you more . Doctor is good. But the management for hospital is very poor staff is rude as hell, no proper management. We took personally appointment at morning and went at the time when dr came they said you have to wait . Telling no appointment are taken, even my dad went and took the appointment at the morning. Very disappointed by this. Management must be changed for a better improvement in hospital. For avoiding the queue and waiting time they must allot the time slot to the patients this will avoid their time wastage.

Had come here based on a recommendation by another Doctor, and was very disappointed. They charge a bomb for even a minute problem, a small minute fracture costed us nearly 10k, ask bill clarity..and there is no proper explanation, I was charged for operation (when no operation took place, just some arm joint twisting happened), 2k for operation theatre charges (when no operation took place then why operation theatre charges,and that too 2k), it doesnt end here, they call every week and get X-ray done which is expensive than a famous centre next to it, on top, also they just give the film..no printed report, ask about the progress of the problem and Dr becomes very rude and behaves very arrogantly,seems he forgot hipocrates oath. (Mr...there are many orthopaedics on earth and fortunately many good ones around like Dr Upasani and Dr Mukhi.), anyway he doesnt explain right...pathetic experience. Dont get misled by the crowd, its a recommendation crowd by some doctors and their repeat calls to visit in the name of follow up so they can charge repeatedly,. Mulund has better doctors, facilities and value for money. Never ever will recommend this place to anyone, sheer loot at the cost of someones problem.

Had a very bad experience during my mom's radial head surgery. Staff is very rude, OPD are pathetically managed, Emergency are not properly addressed. Too expensive and finally they don't provide cashless facility for some big Insurance gaint companies.
