My overall experience has not been that good and satisfactory because of the irresponsible , weird and ignorant behaviour of the billing counter staff
as they denied full billing details per day and even the total bill at the end of the each day.Every time I go to the counter they say that we can't share the details with health insured case Unlike Other Good hospitals like FORTIS ESCORTS HEART INSTITUTE OKHLA NDLS which provides these facilities on a daily basis. The Good life hospital is understaffed too... Dietitian didn't do the job at all..The patient's diet was not as per the test results and lastly take a serious note "NOT a place for patient with EMERGENCY condition."
One Star for only Dr Amit saxena...He is just cheter making money on the name of false operation..in my case he cut half feet and told there is no infection now.. after three days he told me there is need of cut of full feet . After few month after visit to another doctor half feet cured ..and there was no need to cut the feet ...he just want to make money with two operation within 3 days he taken 85000 for one operation....very dispointed for his profession...very shameful to other ...why SRMS is taking such dr ...they decrease their values
Unprofessional and Grave Medical Negligence. No OT technician present to cut plaster. Nursing staff performing same and incomplete job.Lack proper standard equipment to cut plaster and do procedure. Left half cut plaster of my Mother. Almost waited 4hrs for OPD and procedure but no one present to do plaster cut. Have to leave atlast due incompetency and no one to do procedure. Doctor doing OT in the time of OPD when patient in procedure room, No junior doctor / Trained staff.
OPD: No sequence in OPD numbers and tests. Preferences to references. Premium charges poor service.
Better to avoid. Only professional and ethical Doctor is Deepak Charan. Rest have sarkari attitude.
Dr Amit is one of the most experienced and finest (Gastro & Laproscopic)Surgeon of Bareilly. Dr Amit sir is so caring for their patients, He take care like family...Great experience , best facilities. Dr Amit is a very knowledgeable and humble person.

For any organisation to grow staff members are the key.
The staff management is pathetic. They work in hospital but don't actually know the real meaning of emergency.
Fully disappointed by the behaviour shown by the staff and definitely one day they all will suffer, if they don't understand ones current situation
