SRM Tower Residency - Service Apartment in Guruvayur - Thrissur, India

Good service from staffs especially Hari, Sreejith, I stayed for 2nights on 14th to 16th August , Good place to live , safe and good hospitality. Irrespective of this maintenance issues are there , in our 2 bhk 1 bedrooms windows was full of dust and mosquitos Management can resolve this issue , if they did it , it's a great place .

Very good service and woner is very well manared . Room is also well maintained.

Rooms not well maintained,can find rooms with too much mosquitos. beds , floors and bathroom with past visitors hairs.. Had poor experience at this place, immediately i shifted to other good hotel. Had booked nearly a month ago,on the day of check in reception had no clue of we coming to stay there for 5 nights,after some time and little confusion checked in to this room which was maintained below standards. The adavance i paid I had to part forego as I wished to move away . Too poor experience ,hope management improves the cleanliness standards for the tarrif they charge.

very good for family neat and safe feels that we are staying in our home. Good staff . nice hospitality.Only thing it is little bit away from the temple.

Excellent, comfortable rooms and very good service. Despite it being a lockdown over the weekend, they were kind enough to source food for us from nearby hotels. It is little far from the temple, but still walkable. No elevators, so older people might find it difficult.

It's more like an apartment, spacious room kitchen area and sitting. location is near to private bus stand not hard to find out, they do not provide restaurant facility but Zomato is there. only drawback was the water facility. receptionist was very friendly, they didn't provided water bottle I had to call them.overall it's good worth of money.

Clean apartment and excellent service. The apartment was spacious with 2 bedroom, kitchen. They also have shuttle to temple which was really helpful. When we wanted to leave early morning by 8, they made sure we get our breakfast soon.

Had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Food was also tasty. Close to Guruvayur temple, railway station and bus stand. Overall good customer service. Would highly recommend this place.
