SRM Hotel Tuticorin - Hotel in Thoothukudi - Tuticorin, India

I wonder how they have people placed in the manager level like this to treat a customer so arrogant and insulting way. First the leader should be good -to have a good team to run the show for long way I believe. Friends please rethink to take a call on this choice of hotel to choose since I believe even in Ur SOS call he/his team staffs will consider their choice of ignoring it as per their convenience as like they are not into service industry basically. I m not a person to write neg on any but made us through by their-his behaviour esp., Even though the hotel is not good we can take a call to stay a day atleast but whereas service or people to help us are likewise it's really tough. Again take double care before U zero it. Since mine is ZERO rate to opt for their service but leaving no option to rate single here .

Personally experienced very bad service, i have to ask toiletry kits, phone is not working, TV is not working, so much of mosquito and in the breakfast so many questions about the room no and the way of booking etc., bad experience, not a worth staying.

I am sharing my feedback below:1. Bedsheet was just reused from earlier stay and was tucked in. Very clearly we could see that and had to explicitly ask for a change2. Looking at other rooms that were getting cleaned/ redone, it looked like the experience was specific (maybe but that is what we perceived)3. Service was poor and team was slow to respond4. No one to guide even for parking (when they had a big basement parking)5. They were more interested in servicing the people visiting restaurant, bar and marriage hall rather than the hotel stay customers6. Lift was the most horrible with no clear direction. We were put in 3rd floor and numbered as 201 to 210.. and everytime had to go to another floor and return7. Ambience and lighting were poor and it didn't give a pleasant feeling. Would not recommend to family travellers8. Restaurant was costly and very slow in response

With this price, the heater is solar powered and drinking water bottles are charged at a whopping Rs63 per litre. Felt a little pricey for this town.

We used the restaurant only, the service was poor, the staff were rude and not so polite. The time to serve food was way too long. Simple food like a Club Sandwich was pathetic. Even the billing there were misappropriation, didn't get a valid reasons on the charges. Wouldn't recommend anyone to use the restaurant at SRM Hotel.

Worst experience. The room and bathroom was mouldy with worms. When I showed to the reception they were unapologetic. It's unhygienic. I only stayed for few hours Thank God but it's bad enough. The hotel is not maintained for the rate they charge.

I have gone here to have breakfast. The variety they offered was very less and not properly cooked. I think the idli was cooked in old idli batter. I could felt it. Kesari was good. Please don't go here to have breakfast. They charge heft amount and variety is also very less. Instead of going here, you can go a local shop and have nice breakfast or brunch.

Safe and cool stay with family... customer orieted service . Reception hosting awesome.. Restuarant the best and service superb. They listen to understand and deliver to the level of expectations
