SRM HOSPITAL - General hospital in Chennai - Chennai, India

One of the worst hospital i have ever seen. Today (26-May-2023) i visited SRM Hospital West Mambalam around 05:30pm. I have some bladder issues so i have issue with urination (urinary frequency). I came by the hospital side. So i parked my vehicle there and went inside the hospital to use washroom. The security stoped me in the entrance and doesn't allow me inside. The security said "THIS IS NOT GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL NOT EVERYONE CAN USE THE WASHROOM". According to Indian constitution every Indian citizen have rights to use washroom and drink water from public sectors ( shops, hospitals etc)... I have attached the security picture with this message. Kindly take necessary actions regarding this issue. I asked the name of the security. He replied "NAME THERINJI ENNA PANNA PORA COMPLAINT DHANA PANNIKO PO NAA PATHUKUREN" like that.

Very very cash minted hospital worst no words once srm is like compare to health center but now health center is good

I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE A SINGLE STAR to this emergency care/ hospital- can't even call this place a first aid centre!!! I had a severe abdominal pain in my right lower region which is a classic sign of appendicitis!! For which I had been treated with muscle relaxant, fortunate that I had access to some other hospital and I ended up in ER(emergency room) within one hour after getting the improper treatment and improper diagnosis from "SRM hospital". Not only did I had this same experience of wrong diagnosis, but also my relative had the same experience, both ended up in ER after being misinterpreted for an improper diagnosis!! If this hospital keeps getting their accreditation for improper diagnosis, then imagine the quality of healthcare. Could I be anymore clearer or shorter to explain my painful experience.

This hospital located in T. Nagar area. Doctors and nurses are friendly treating.And not so expensive and good treatment.

Very worst experience. They do not care about patients' health. Food wasn't provided to the patient for 3 days. Money minded people. They try to exaggerate and extort money from people. Worst service. Such hospitals should be shut down immediately.

Worst hospital, my brother in law had severe stomach pain we taken him to this hospital they given injection nd asked us to come tomorrow next day they told lots of lies that my brother in law having stones in his kidney in few days his condition will become serious so surgery is must etc.., both doctor & nurses told these lies, we had doubt we taken him to another hospital they said nothing is there this is just an digestion problem nd cured. This is money minded hospital.
