The place is great for a one or two day picnic. It is a big property, plus point is people who have come for a day have a different place they don't have access to use the entire property and people who have come for overnight have access to the entire property. This is because there are a total of around 4-5 swimming pools including 2 kids swimming pools and rest big pools. Good for all types of crowd ie: young, senior citizen, couple, family, friends etc. Must visit once I highly recommend

Food is okay not the best, you can bring your own food also. Better take a day off and visit, as during weekends and holidays too much crowd ruins the moments and pools are not big enough or better book the private pool in advance.

Nice pool but the only thing in the pool that it had sharp ends and eve in the baby pool . The toilet is not clean and smells bad . bathing showers are broken and water taps too.

Nothing special about it. Literally nothing. The pool is very small. Food is like commonly available anywhere in Goa. Nothing to see in the place. Not even beautiful to click pics. Fees increased to Rs350 without lunch. Rs550 with lunch. We wasted our time and money visiting the place. We couldn't even enjoy that place for 1/2 hr. If you are a group of 15-20 people with children, it may be fun. But there are better farms and better places to visit.

Had the best time with friends, a totally value for money place with combination of best food , stay, fun. Buffet food Best chiken xacuti - good gravey and spicy taste (highly recommended) fish curry , fish, and other veg dishes it was a buffet worth it. Rooms with large hall and big bedrooms, clean washrooms. river side calm veiw and multiple pools , all maintained properly. Would rate it 4.9 out of 5

Dont visit on Saturdays and Sundays they overcrowd the place, there is no limit to the crowd. There are two pools for adults each pool is ok to accomodate 50 people each . but they take in crowd of 600 to 700 people. as a result the toilets are dirty you have to wait in line to use the 3-4 toilets that are available out of which few have floaters in them so can be used. the pool water colour is bad, smells bad and tastes bad i wonder after how many days do they clean it . im talking about May which is peak time dont vist. may be off season it may be better only thing good about it is the property and the food

It was a wonderful experience, the place should be on your visit list , but it can get crowded in afternoon since it's public farm, the rates were reasonable but food was average. Pools were damm and the side by river view was great.

Great place to hang out with friends or family. Food is good (buffet style). Water slide (small but fun) rope bridges and the like. Don't get into the river though, we saw a Crocodile way on the other bank. It was thrilling to see the Croc and we were more excited than scared.
