SRK Green Park - Gated community in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

Place is very nice,at every home you will find greenary .cool air and no disturbance as it is away from the main road you will not get any sound disturbance of vehicles and playgrounds also available to kids and we'll connected roads and grid pattern used to construct houses and well organised security system.

Worst experience either power or water problem persist. Worst maintenance. Never ever opt this place.

Went here to attend a house warming ceremony. Saw lots of new building being built. Fresh air since it's far from the city.

Good gated community to live in. But you need to have your own transportation. Public transport is scare. About 15kms from HiTech city. Decent quality construction. You'll need to deal with a shrewd bunch of staff until you take possession.. but it is worth it.

Decent location but monopoly of certain non tax payers who cant do 10th of things they claim. Namesake association run by puppets. Builder and residents have multiple conflicts..

Nice gated community..need more speed breakers as most of the residents drive rashly..few locals of village reside here and don't follow society guidelines..if you are not a local then avoid buying property.. prices of property are over hyped with no logic.Even GHMC / HMDA approved properties are at lesser price..

Good layout but far from main road.limited transport and you must have vehicle to stay here. Need to travell atleast 4 to 5 km to buy anything.

Situated 15 kms away from HiTech city. Nice Greenery place, fresh air and good ground water. SRK green park construction work is still going on. Most of the houses are occupied.
