Excellent experience. Realising the stay in historic structures. Blending the most modern accommodation features. With a peaceful sleep we were sincerely rejuvenated .
Are they operational? I was planning to book the whole property for 2 nts in connection with a family function at Pudunagaram. They don't want to pick calls from potential customers nor do they care to call back if at all they were busy when customers called. Disgusting! Btw, my rating is purely based on the lack of responsiveness from the people responsible. I am yet to experience the stay.
Srivilas homestay also called as Chingacham veedu is an ancient beautiful house (Tharavad). Eventhough the life of the house is very old, internal modifications brings you to a very hygenic stay along with all rooms AC, wifi and home made delicious food. A nice photoshoot and videography is an added advantage of this place. It's a safest place to stay for families and friends.
Place fit for people who would like to spend some quiet time away from the bustle and noise of the so called development. This is a place full of history attached to it. The service is good and quick. You get the vibe of being in an old traditional kerala home. I will strongly recommend this place to everybody
This place was awesome. Great hospitality. Food prepared by the cook was authentic and very tasty. The owner was always available for answering any queries. I strongly recommend . The house is 400 years old and gives you a feeling of staying in a heritage place.
Very homely atmosphere for people who enjoy old South Indian architecture and comfort food. Ajitha took excellent care of us and cooked a lovely breakfast. Perfect access point for many of the kaavus in palakkad. Currently not offering lunch/dinner due to lack of staff hiring. Beautiful peaceful location.
All I've to say is if you want to experience this piece of history and architectural marvel just walked into history and be mesmerized
This place is truly awesome , calm and it reflects traditional kerala architecture feel . Food is very much traditional and very tasty. Care taker balettan and family is of good support and very much caring. Truly wonderful experience looking forward to stay again in future
