Very poor service in srivari yamaha thoothukudi they didn't assemble the body parts of r15 v3 they guys didn't tight the nuts properly it's removed from the panel back side they didn't put the nut itself and my bike full of scratches very very bad customer's satisfaction
Very poor bike service they was not rectified the complaint. Just simply note the complaint and not even try to rectified it. Worst experience in this service centre
Battery problem so bike moved to showroom upto 25 days going on but still now ok not ready. No information what condition have why bike not ready nothing not told. Very worst.
Heard about swapping original parts here through a friend on his FZ. After that he gives out for service, though free service is available. Poor customer response about delivery and bit costly labour compared to other showrooms.

Only available high variant bikes and scooters.They are less attentive to service. So we waste money. When asked about the waste of money, there was no formal response. Please note showroom owner.
Bikes are good but poor costumer service... They had a Scrath in my new bike.. And they told me that they will replace that side fairing part after another bike arrives..... But every month i ask them no response from them...... please make sure to satisfy your costumers
If there is option for zero star or minus stars i'll give them. Don't be fooled by fake positive reviews. Till delivery of bike they will talk sweetly. Once delivery of bike is over their attitude changes. Security will call u by clapping his hands. You will get call as service is over. Only after you reach there you'll see your vehicle on ramp and you have to wait for 2 hrs to get ur vehicle delivered. I am getting my VW Jetta serviced in a day but it takes 2 days to do regular service for fascino. Workshop people won't pickup your call. Better refrain from this substandard dealer
