The room were clean but the prices are high and also the services were not that good.The hotel is safe and you can go if you have any work in VIT other than that staying there is a waste of time and money as it is far away from centre.

Rooms are good with a fast food restaurant, namely Limra, bang opposite to this place. This residential stay type hotel is at a very short distance from the VIT campus main gate (Hardly 300-350 metres)

Good rooms but..in mid night water leakage in AC this is my experience...may be other rooms do not have any problems i think so.

This hotel is looting parents money, rooms and services are not up to the mark. This hotel is running because of VIT, else it would be closed long time ago.

Bad place it's not even worth what u are paying and the place was not a home stay it was just a room and was smelling like cigrate every where and also the water was salty not at all recommend for a family
