Awesome dam this is very cool and nothing flood time in falls created in this dam

One of the oldest bridge.

Good to visit in evening as it is very small dam. Also plan to visit Perumal temple.

Nice dam even more than 100 yrs old no one can find the fault. But near one new bridge just 5 years old almost dead stage.

Good dam to cross puthukudi to srivaikundam its very usefull for the villagera there are two bridges nearr by ti cross the river to go srivaikundam

This is a dual purpose construction. It serves as bridge for the road connection between Srivaikuntam town with otherside of the river( Tiruchendur - Tirunelveli road) and also a dam with two irrigation canals.It is one of the oldest dam cum bridge on tuticorin district. Now new one is under construction in order to serve increasing traffic.
