Most cheapest bus ever...Ac not worked, seat broken/damaged.. Sleeper was too dirty...Please didn't board anyone in this bus ...Even bus honk also not worked...It's just look like local bus of kolkata....Most & most bad experience ever...

The conductor of bus which goes to khaira / kupari via soro is an absolute mad person. He is an old person , fair in colour and his teeths are blood red as he eats excessive Pan. He unnecessarily argues with the passengers and other buses over simple issues. Once he demanded Rs 20 to a person who was traveling from Khantapada to sergarh (those who don't know , the distance of Khantapada to sergarh is only 6-7 kms and the price shouldnt exceed Rs 10) . When the person complained about this , he said - " bujhilu na , ma Munda garam karni . Jetiki magini Setiki de " . He has not got any sense of talking . The same day he also argued with a sleeper bus conductor , who was only standing in Soro bus stand to let his passengers at their stop. He argued over the reason that they were taking their customers of local stops . Believe me , I have earlier travelled in that same Sleeper bus and have seen the conductor not accepting people who are from local stops. Your bus conductor takes in unnecessary fights . Earlier one day , he literally was in a mood to beat a passanger as he was from Begunia where bus doesnt stop as most of the time there are no passangers . But every local bus stops if they got any passenger . The man was with his family of 6 and told to stop at Begunia , the conductor denied . The same conductor earlier agreed to his request when he asked that - "Bhai Begunia ra rakhiba na " and the conductor said yes . Now he denied , and after a quarrel he made the bus stop 1km ahead of his stop and threw his luggage. What type of behaviour is this . And these incidents happen almost every time In that bus. Literally you should get 0 stars

Travelled from Cuttack to Bhubaneswar. They operate one of the best buses on the route. Reached Bhubaneswar bang on time. Highly recommended

The star system for them to give should be Minus 10 if psbl but unfortunately the above is having only 1 to 5.The ultimate bus company to send you & your family to Swarg, just only you have to purchase a ticket through Make my trip for execution. Fully drunk Driver & Conductor on duty driving bus from Kolkata hasting to Puri. Starting with 2 hours late the bus starts from hasting Kolkata yesterday night at 11:00 pm instead of 8:50 pm. The seats we had booked didn't received because of the whole bus was changed & different nos were there which was not matching with the ticket Nos that was issued. Make my trip is the ultimate culprit for bluffing & cheating customer just to fill in their pocket month after month. They will just ask for a simple review from you & forget the next day considering that it is very normal as they are going to get their commission from these agent. Had lodged an official complain on Lalbazar Police control room yesterday night when we reached near deulti after Bagnan but unfortunately the control room was not of any help stating that you search for the local PS standing in the highway. After searching the Patrolling van we had complain the Police officers but they were also busy in resting inside the van on the highway. Further the bus on an average puctures twice to thrice . If you don't believe check for God sake with any of the passenger in the bus travelling yesterday night. After my mom fallen sick , had to come back spending more than Rs2000/- in the night at 2:30 am in the night. Hope the other passengers will definitely like & support this review given for the SRIRAM JI BENZ Bus service from Kolkata to Puri. Moral of the story if you want to Suicide with your family book this bus & donate charitt amount to MAKE MY TRIP FOR JOINTLY BLUFFING & LOOTING CUSTOMERS. REQUEST YESTERDAY 8TH OCTOBERS ALL PASSENGERS TRAVELLING ON THIS SRIRAM JEE BENZ BUS FROM KOLKATA TO PURI TO POSITIVELY LIKE & SHARE THIS AS MUCH AS YOU CAN TO SAVE OTHER PASSENGERS FROM BEING HARRASED AS WELL AS TO SAVE THEIR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Bhubaneswar to Kolkata: The worst bus experience in my 30 years of bus travelling,was a nightmare. They will take AC fare but won't even switch on th AC, bus seems like was from Akbar era.When we asked to switch on the AC as we have paid for it & we were literally suffocating, conducter response was we have not paid to him as almost all passengers were online booked.

Worst bus agency. Booked from Puri..Didn't pickup from Puri. Got dropped in Bhubaneswar by another bus. The main bus broke down and came for pickup at 11:45pm instead of 9pm. Bus again broke down in the night at 1:45 and got repaired and started again at 5:45am. AC not working, pathetic conductor behaviour. Owners not interested in helping out. Worst bus agency ever.

I would honestly like to suggest people to take any other bus because of the rude behaviour of the owner and somewhat the buses are in decent condition good for traveling short distances but never consider this bus for long distances
